Construction Lending Officer
Plan/implement marketing strategies to establish relationships with: top and second tier real estate development firms, and municipalities, government program administrators, community development corporations, neighborhood housing services, and non profit developers.
to generate new loan volume.
Market, negotiate and structure construction loans for development projects - determine feasibility and assemble information from many sources for due diligence analysis.
Manage a portfolio of active construction loan development projects and coordinate activities of support staff for disbursements and progress reporting.
Travel to sites to conduct inspection and collect information regarding site conditions and project progress.
Manage the analysis and underwriting process and ensure timely completion.
Make clear and concise presentations of new loan proposals to obtain necessary credit approvals.
Requirements We require a minimum of 8 years experience with at least 5 years in developing, negotiating and structuring high balance residential construction loans, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, intermediate PC skills.
