Account Manager JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking to add an Account Manager to our rapidly growing Sales Department.
The position requires the ability to support MAJOR NATIONAL ACCOUNTS and to provide an expert level of company services.
The candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, and will be responsible for promoting additional services that will optimize the company's revenue and growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Account Manager must possess strong analytical skills with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Take ownership of problems and anticipate issues by taking proactive action.
Manage multiple national corporate accounts.
Possess the ability to resolve complex service inquiries, up-sell and meet with clients as needed.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in relating to top executives of Fortune 500 companies.
Solid software and presentation skills are required.
Previous Sales exposure would be a huge plus.
Must have a solid work history and exceptional drive and motivation.
Travel required up to 25%.
Must be flexible for local and domestic travel as required.
Valid Driver's license and access to a vehicle is needed.
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2+ years national account management/client support experience interacting with senior management contacts and/or 5+ years of high level customer service.
