Advancement Opportunities Competitive Pay Health Care Benefits Paid Vacations and Holidays 401K Savings Plan EOE M/F/D/V/DV Responsibilities Assists the store personnel with procedural issues such as running automatic open/close procedures, changing/adding security passwords, nightly paperwork problems, updating payroll system and various keying of register transactions.
Ensures all store and other POS users are given efficient response to all hardware needs.
To assist with difficult problems.
Provides high level store order support, to include working with Operations and Stores.
Monitoring, testing, researching and reporting.
Assists with software and hardware enhancements and changes by providing support to the stores and groups involved in development.
Supports Corporate associates and groups with development and implementation of new programs and projects to be sent out to the field.
Qualifications Associate?s Degree in electronics and/or equivalent work experience A knowledge of computer operating systems, system diagnostics, system assembly and various testing equipment is preferred A basic knowledge of store operating systems is preferred PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: The ability to troubleshoot down to the component level Excellent phone and customer service skills Strong problem solving, research and documentation skills Position Reports To TSSG Supervisor About CSK Auto, Inc.
