Support Services Representative (060955)
DEPARTMENT: Emergency Services SCHEDULE: On Call, Day shift.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: N/A QUALIFICATIONS: Six months ED/hospital staffing experience strongly preferred.
Ability to interpret contracts required; experience with UHWW and CNA contracts preferred.
Payroll experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of computers (Windows NT) and experience with ANSOS or similar scheduling system required.
Ability to effectively perform in a high volume setting and simultaneously handle multiple tasks.
Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
Excellent phone skills/courtesy required.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to develop creative, cost effective solutions to staffing/scheduling problems required.
Ability to accurately document, retrieve or relay messages/information required.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations required.
Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
