Registration Coordinator
Position Type: Temporary Registration Coordinator responsible for answering incoming calls related to hunting & gaming interests included but not limited to: convention registration, member services, foundation and public service announcements, TV ad campaigns, and dignitaries.
Candidate will be responsible for processing convention registration, event ticket sales, and payments through the registration database.
Ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Position processes convention registrations using proper cash-handling procedures, up-selling convention packages to create additional convention revenue.
Candidate communicates in written form to members via fax cover sheets, memos and emails.
Position provides clerical support in data entry, faxing, filing, and copying.All applicants applying for US job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements Previous experience in clerical support: data entry, faxing, filing, and copying.
Excellent phone etiquette and computer skills.
**Candidate must be able to travel with the company in January 2007 for 10 days.
** Must be eligible to work in the United States.
