Receptionist

Our consultants assist attorneys in managing the discovery process, identifying effective case themes, establishing favorable settlement positions, and developing the most persuasive visual presentations for hearings, arbitrations, mediations and trial.
Job Summary The primary role of the Receptionist is to manage incoming phone calls on a multi-line switchboard in a professional and courteous manner, and to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
This individual will place purchase orders, type text as required, and send and receive office mail and faxes.
The Receptionist will also perform administrative tasks and assist with projects in support of various departments as needed.
Qualifications The successful candidate must have excellent telephone communication skills and must be able to handle up to 8 calls at a time.
Excellent computer skills and experience with an overhead paging system are expected.

Hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm.
