Receptionist: BCI Construction Inc.
Receptionist BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking a Receptionist for its Albany office.
Primary duties include answering a multi-line phone system, routing calls appropriately and greeting visitors with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
Other responsibilities will include general office tasks, data entry, typing correspondence and preparation of mailings.
The successful candidate should be a team player who possesses organizational skills, computer skills (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook), attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Previous experience is preferred.
