We are currently seeking a great candidate for our Property Management Assistant position.
This position is located in our beautiful Office Building in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
This position provides administrative support to the Management Staff which includes; the Senior Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Engineering Manager.
The Property Assistant will be responsible for various administrative and operational aspects.
This support includes; answering phones, assisting with the preparation of bid proposals for service contracts, handling customer requested work order calls, following up with tenant requests, coordinating with security regarding card access, maintainting the property calendar.
The Property Assistant will interact with tenants, vendors, and internal staff on the phone and in person.
This individual will also be responsible for assisting with and attending to customer service requests and dispatching and other responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements
1. 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Property Management experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written Skills.
Ability to understand basic building systems and design.
