Production Assistant 7828
Description: Candidate will support manual production runs for a large agency web site.
Operate and monitor monthly and quarterly production releases and news releases in test and production environments.
Maintain and monitor common processes.
Resolve conflicts with application execution and scripting.
Resolving production issue processes.
Working knowledge of Solaris UNIX and scripts.
Works from specifications to assist in developing and modifying basic software programming applications.
Assists with design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging and documentation of programs.
Applications generally deal with utility programs, job control language, macros, subroutines and other control modules.
May customize purchased applications and assist in maintaining program libraries and technical manuals.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Must have the following: *United States Citizenship *Bachelor's degree or related technical training plus 1-2 years of directly related experience.
