Part Time Adminstrative Assistant
Position Type: Temporary A Tempe financial institution is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to work Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 3:00pm.
This position will serve as the point of contact for all visitors and will handle a very low incoming call volume.
We are seeking candidates with a solid knowledge of MS Excel and Word as in this role you will be responsible for maintaining spreadsheets.
Other duties may include scheduling appointments and distributing mail.All applicants applying for US job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements Knowledge of MS Office.
