PT Traveling Medical Records Scanning Representative - Virginia Beach
Traveling to medical clinics scanning medical records and completing release of information requests Smart Document Solutions is actively seeking qualified candidates with previous medical records or medical office experience for a traveling part - time Medical Records Administrative Clerk.
Smart Document Solutions delivers quality service to thousands of hospitals, clinics and group practices nationwide using the latest in medical record technology.
This position is responsible for traveling to medical clinics in Virginia Beach and Greenbrier of Chesapeake, VA to scan medical records and microfilm as well as other clerical duties when necessary.
This position requires someone with a high level of professionalism, who is customer service focused and detail oriented.
Applicants must have good customer service skills, have the ability to work independently and learn quickly.
This position is day shift, averaging 20 hours and paying $10.
00 an hour.
Compensation is commisioned based.
*Previous experience in medical records or medical office environment HIGHLY PREFERRED.
*Will accept strong clerical administrative skills in lue of medical environment experience.
*Must be computer / Microsoft Office proficient.
*Have the ability to do light physical labor in relation to the job duties.
