Other Information Job Number ES-20292 Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hourly salary starting between $9.94-10.89 This position requires up to 16 hours of work per week Responsibilities The Clinical Transplant Research department is seeking an Office Worker who is work study eligible.
The Office Worker will assist Research Coordinators with administration of a doctor-patient communication study.
Major Duties Transcribe doctor-patient consultations using electronic sound files and MS Word.
Enter data from handwritten surveys into MS Access database.
Perform double checks for data entry accuracy.
Assist with preparation and distribution of materials and mailings.
Photocopying, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent.
Work Study eligibility through college or university.
50+ WPM typing.
Independence, initiative, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills necessary.
Commitment to high quality work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with MS Access is preferred.
We are hoping to find a student pursuing a BA or BS in a health-relate discipline with experience in an office or clinical environment.
