Office Manager
Position Type: Temporary to Full Time Automotive company is currently seeking a highly professional Office Manager for a temp to full time opportunity.
Ideal candidate will be managing a staff of 5 administrative assistants, overseeing day to day activities of operations, and assisting Owner of the company.All applicants applying for US job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.
Requirements Ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in an Office Managerial or Executive Assistant role in the Auto Industry.
Must be intermediate with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Bilingual Spanish a plus but not necessary.
