Medical Records Data Entry Representative
$10/hr Compensation is based on revenue generated by facilities Smart Document Solutions is actively seeking qualified candidates for a full - time Medical Records Data Entry Representative to service a clinic route in several Virginia cities.
This position requires high volume data entry as well as scanning medical records and performing other clerical duties.
It is a customer service focused position and and requires someone detail oriented.
The Medical Records Data Entry Representative will be responsible for processing incoming mail and coding medical records for release of information.
They will also scan medical records and completing release of information requests.
Must have previous medical records or medical office experience.
Strong clerical skills with the ability to type 35 wpm* and key 5000 ksph*.
High school diploma or GED Equivalent.
*Assessments for typing skills as well as keystroke requirements will be given during the prescreening process.
