Manager, Material Verification
Manager, Material Verification/MRB DescriptionThis position will be located in Calexico, California This Material Manager position is responsible for the activities surrounding the Audit process of Receiving/Inspection.
Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of the SAP system is a plus.
Duties Include: - Develop, implement and maintain Supply Chain Quality Assurance Systems for Receiving, Audit and Inspection.
- Manage and control budget to ensure controllable costs are within AOP.- Develop and implement processes to improve and limit non-conforming material from reaching the factory.
- Advise management on trends of returns, performance and results of corrective action if needed.
Through subordinate staff will: - Responsible for the employment, training and discipline of assigned employees.
- Devise and implement processes concurrent with RC policies for inspection.
- Manage the timely and effective return of non-conforming material to suppliers.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of specifically related experience.
