MANAGER - PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT AND REPORTING
Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops reporting, analysis and forecasting processes for Claims Operations.
Manages department that researches, designs and implements operational reporting tools for Claims to include building statistical models, forecasting from models, preparing ad hoc reports and providing trend analysis.
Develops and prepares executive summaries on results and findings for action by business unit management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 5 years experience with industry benchmarking, forecasting methodologies, strategic planning and/or project management required.
Strong leadership and motivation skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and deliver constructive feedback.
Change management skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct meetings and deliver formal presentations.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Critical thinking skills.
Travel required.
Valid automobile operator's license required, depending on assignment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency with statistical analysis software (SAS).
Minimum 3+ years supervising/managing a Claims operation.
Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, economics or related field, or BMA preferred.
