Executive Assistant EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT: Casper Re-Entry Center Community Education Centers (CEC) is a leading provider in the field of residential and outpatient community corrections programs.

Working in over 20 locations across the US, we provide a foundation of support to change addictive and criminal behaviors and effectively prepare our residents for community reintegration.

With innovative methods that encompass assessment, drug and alcohol treatment, and education services for adult and juvenile populations, we are redefining effective means to reduce recidivism.

The position includes

1. Provides general administrative support to the Director by Compiling data, composing memos, and preparing monthly written reports covering Department of Health, Department of Corrections, and American Correction Association documentation requirements.

2. Coordinates all HR and Payroll data, Required Completed Forms and Documentation for the facility, including Time and Attendance sheets for a total of 90 Staff Members.

3. Supervises Resident Account Advisor, Administrative Assistant, and File Clerk.

4. Serves as on-site HR resource to answer routine questions, Distributes Benefits Information to New and Rehired Employees.

5. Staff Recruitment work with Community Resources.

Set-up booth at Job and Career Fairs.

6. New Hire Orientation-Reviews Policy, HR Form, and Reviews Employee Handbook.

7. Works with the training Director to Maintain staff training files ensuring that New hires complete 80 hrs of training ie 40 hrs of on the job training as well as 40 hrs of classroom training in accordance with the Company, DOC, and the ACA requirements.

8. Provides training for New Hire Orientation regarding, Sexual Harassment, Benefits, and Employee Handbook.

9. Unemployment Hearing

10. Responsible For All Staff Disciplinaries and Staff Termination Paperwor

11. Prepare a Staff Report/Weekly for Corporate Offic

12. Reviews and Edits the Facility Policies and Procedures Manual Semi-Annuall

13. Train Staff on HIPAA Privacy Laws and HR Policies and Procedure

14. HIPAA Privacy Officer-Ensures that all Policies and Procedures regarding the HIPAA privacy law-as it is related to the residents- is complied with by both the Staff and the Resident

15. When we receive our ACA Accreditation Will perform monthly Audits of all Departments to ensure daily ACA Accreditation Compliance and issues Written Reports of findings for the Facility Director and the Corporate ACA Manage

16. Organizes and maintains ACA Files and outcome measures for Auditing purpose

17. Prepares Facility Monthly Budget Report once a month.

18. Handles the Facility Operations checkbook.

Responsible for balancing and check control.

Prepares monthly report on Operations Account with balance and deposits.
