Feld Entertainment, producer of Ringling Bros.
and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Disney On Ice and Disney Live! is seeking an organized, articulate, assertive, detail oriented Executive Assistant for our world headquarters located in Tysons Corner, VA. This position supports the Senior Vice President of Marketing.
Requirements - Basic graphics editing skills.
- 7-10 years of experience providing administrative support on an executive level.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, must demonstrate expertise in Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and the ability to conduct research using the internet.
- Experience arranging extensive travel both internationally and domestically.
- Strong attention to detail and follow through with the ability to set priorities and deliver in a fast paced environment.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills; position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy, discretion, and flexibility.
- Use organizational and analytical skills to prioritize and work independently under general instructions on special projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
