Compliance Assistant
Position Type: Temporary Carlsbad Mortgage company is in need of a temporary Compliance Assistant.
Duties include evaluating Loan documents and processing and completing compliance and submission reports in addition to regsitration.All applicants applying for US job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.
Requirements Requirements include proficiency in data entry, experience with MS Office and web-based search navigations.
Excellent verbal, telephone communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, easily trainable, able to work independently.
Excellent Customer Service orientation and Team Player.
Ability to multi-task, focus on productivity, quality and results.
Must be dependable and committed.
Any Mortgage Related experience is a plus, however not required.
