College degree or equivalent experience.

Very detail oriented, excellent multi tasking skills and able to handle a heavy workload.

Must be able to work extra hours as needed.

Must have extremely professional appearance and communication skills.

Must demonstrate superior knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Provides detailed administrative support to the District Manager, including: * Answer the District Manager phone and take messages when needed.

Screen visitors * Plan and make purchases.

* Create, edit, and update file folders.

* Maintain applicants and employee files * Answer emails and inquiries on own initiative, and follow up with other departments to ensure that requests are carried out. * Take dictation and transcribe notes for letters, memos or reports, as well as proofread material before its official submission.

* Type material in final form from very rough and final drafts, which may frequently utilize technical terminology and combine materials from several sources.

* Assemble and analyze information.

Prepare reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memoranda.

* Assist the District Manager with the preparation of presentation materials, such as researching past data, compiling information and creating presentations, etc. * May supervise temporarily assigned Officers performing various functions including, but not limited to, data entry, office administration and record keeping in support of the assigned function.

* Task managers in the District Manager absence.

* Review emails daily to add events and meetings to District Manager's calendar, tasks, and to update him of changing events and situations.

* Attend meetings with the District Manager when required, and attend meetings in his absence, or at his behest.

Attend planning meetings with various departments with the District Manager, or in his absence, and brief him on the results of meetings attended.
