Case Manager
Position Type: Temporary to Full Time Tempe based non profit organization is looking for a Case Manager.
This is a great career opportunity for individuals with experience working in the non-profit sector.
Typical duties will include: •Working with participants referred by government agencies helping these participants secures services that prevent them from gaining employment.
•Interact with participants, help them overcome employment barriers.
•will provide resource information and assistance to the participant for life issues surrounding employment like helping them get childcare, bus passes, a phone or Fax or Xerox to use, etc.All applicants applying for US job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements Qualified candidates will have past experience working in a nonprofit organization or have prior case management experience High School diploma or GED required, college a plus, all degree education is a plus and will increase salary if selected for hire.
