Key Responsibilities: Evaluate customer accounts Correct billing errors Collect past due accounts Maintain customer account information Provide outstanding customer service Cross Sell Qualifications · High School Diploma or GED · 1 year of Billing Inbound or Outbound · 1 year of Account Resolution · Leasing experience preferred · Technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Internet familiarity · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Proven Organizational skills · Self-Sufficient with a steady job 80+year history · Ability to negotiate
