Join Rady Children's and reach new heights in your career! JOB SUMMARY: Administrative Associate (C) JOB SUMMARY: Performs routine clerical and customer service duties.
Types correspondence and reports, maintains files, answers phone calls and takes messages, greets and directs visitor as necessary, receives and distributes mail, and makes appointments and schedules activities as requested.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma, GED or Foreign equivalent Bilingual Spanish-English Required Six months experience performing general office work and/or related courses (ie typing, basic computer skills) Experience with reception and customer service practices Minimum keyboard of 35 wpm with accuracy (certificate required) Knowledge of general office procedures/practices and equipment Basic skill in word processing applications Ability to operate a multi-line phone system Ability to accurately speak, read, write and understand English PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: Bilingual-Spanish/English EOE/F/M/D/V
