We are looking for a dynamic administrative assistant to join our winning team in our Washington, DC office.
You will be part of our Investment Management team providing administrative and marketing support for the group.
You will be primarily responsible for the following: Creating, printing and assembling PowerPoint presentation books for prospects and internal meetings.
Handling all marketing collateral materials; maintaining marketing and business development files and databases.
Maintaining market research and keeping track of prospects.
Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and special events.
Performing general administrative duties: phones, filing, mail, ordering supplies, expense reports, etc. To qualify you must possess the following: 2-3 years prior administrative/marketing experience working within a corporate environment.
Good oral and written communication skills including professional phone demeanor.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a team environment.
