Admin: Operations Coordinator: Cargill
Provide support for health and safety programs & audits, which include BBS and RCI programs.
Percentage Duty 35% Provide support for environmental, health and safety programs and audits by providing safety meeting information to locations to ensure completeness of training, consistency of training and effective training material.
Ensuring that training requirements are complete and up-to-date.
This also includes support of auditing environmental, health and safety files.
20% Provide support for the Regional Ops Leader and Facility Managers by evaluating safety, inventory and environmental audit guidelines with actual walk-thrus assuring action items are assigned, completed and follow up has occurred.
20% Champion Farm Service Group initiatives (BBS, RCI, Safe Start) by coordinating activities across the FSG to build focus and value to the business.
This includes setting up teams and meetings to discuss and provide action plans around the programs.
15% Support Operational Excellence Tasks (Mix and Blend Input, Input of locations scores into scorecards) 10% Champion Contractor Insurance Qualification Process.
% Position Criteria Description Priority (Required or Want) Experience: Two years of direct involvement with Cargill Health and Safety programs or Cargill Boot Camp.
Want Presentation and training ability.
Required Computer skills / working knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, power point, etc Required Excellent communication skills Required Effective Organizational Skills Required Knowledge or ability to learn government regulations Want Ability to effectively lead EH&S process and engage employees in those efforts.
Required Miscellaneous Position Notes: This person will work in conjunction with 30-50 employees in the Group.
A typical Group is made up of 4-6 locations servicing customers in grain.
This person will be responsible for training and assisting with BBS, Customer Service, Engagement, RCI, and the EHS program of the Group.
This person may also provide assistance to other FSGs within a specific region with similar needs if need be. *** This position is located in Evansville, IN. No relocation assistance provided.
