Vendor Specialist

WE have an opportunity for a: Vendor Specialist This vital position will be responsible for the support of all aspects of Telemarketing and Internet lead generation programs for the Retail Division within Aames.
The Vendor Specialist will be responsible for all daily administration of all programs, vendors reporting on transfer and funding results, consistent volume, quality and cost effectiveness.
Additional responsibilities will include assisting the Vendor Manager with scripting for the telemarketing vendors and due diligence of online vendors.
Responsibilities include: Monitoring all Telemarketing vendors on a weekly basis and provide necessary feedback to the vendors and Aames Marketing Management.
Maintain monitoring schedules and times; post schedules to the vendors.
Assist with daily reporting for all programs.
Source/research large-scale Internet mortgage lead generator/aggregator vendors.
Handle daily vendor activities including communication, lead quality monitoring, and program troubleshooting.
Some travel for onsite vendor quality visits and training.
We are looking for an energetic individual ready to contribute from the start, but eager to learn the business from experienced colleagues.
This person must be comfortable dealing with all levels of management and able to promote ideas exercising flexibility to best fit the business's needs.
Must be a team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires a minimum of 3-4 years marketing experience, mortgage industry experience preferred.
Strong analytical and communication is a must.
Bachelor's Degree a plus.
No relocation available for this position.
