Project Manager, Performance Measurement & Metrics Position: Performance Measurement & Metrics Process Corp.
Title: Assistant Vice President (AVP) Vice President (VP) Position Overview: Manage the development and production of performance measurement & metrics for the Investment Banking IT Division Responsibilities: ? Develop performance measurement & metrics reports and produce on a monthly basis ? Review monthly metrics with senior Investment Banking IT managers ? Prototype and syndicate new performance indicators and metrics ? Document definitions, process and methodologies Required Skills: ? Manage multiple priorities in a fast pace environment and meet deadlines ? Adept at working independently (self-starter, individual contributor) as well as managing others, especially by influence ? Good team player must be able to work with people at different levels of the organization ? Excellent organizational skills, including running meetings ? Very Strong analytical skills ? Accurate and detailed oriented, but must be able to see the "bigger" picture ? Creative problem solver; but also pragmatic ? Able to streamline, reengineer or develop new processes ? Extremely strong communication skills both oral and written ? Excellent presentation skills ? Impeccable ethics ? Expert-level skills and knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, PowerPoint) ? Knowledge of MS Access and Excel Macros is a plus Experience: ? 5-7+ experience in performance measurement reporting ? Must have experience with developing and producing performance measurement or metrics reports ? Experience working in investment banking or a broker/dealer is a plus Education: ? Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics; an MBA is a plus Travel: ? Some international or domestic travel may be required MUST BE US CITIZEN, GREEN CARD, TN VISA
