Treasury Management Sales Officer: Position Type: F/T Regular Location: Oakland , CA , Oakland Corporate Branch A new community bank opened in the East Bay in 2006 .

The bank has raised the bar and offers high-touch customer service, great banking solutions and is developing business relationships.

We have the solid financial backing of our holding company.

One branch has grown to three branches and we continue to be financially stable.

Our business loan division is grown were hiring a Cash Manager in our Oakland , CA Corporate Office.

Treasury Management Sales Officer: Youre responsible for: · The management and coordination of the cash management function including the development of new cash management business, the expansion of existing business relationships, and the delivery of the cash management services to new and existing customers.

· Designing new services and assists in the development of marketing programs.

· Trains and implements specialty cash management software.

· Assures compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, and applicable state & federal banking regulations.

· Requirements: · Bachelors degree (BA) or equivalent from a four (4) year college or university and; 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work related experience must consist of cash management services including implementation, product knowledge, in-depth specialty software knowledge, and experience in the financial services industry.

Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be business or financial industry related.

· Knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, and other Bank operational policies.

· Extensive knowledge in all facets of cash management to include thorough understanding of the computer cash management software.

· Ability to develop marketing and business development skills with customers.

Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with mathematical concepts.

· Ability to deal with difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

· Ability to read, analyze and interpret general and business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures.

· Intermediate skills in personal computer operation; and spreadsheet software programs (e.

g., Microsoft Word and Excel, etc.). · Basic knowledge of human resource and labor laws and policies.

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work with no supervision while performing duties.

· Current state issued drivers license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
