REQUIREMENTS We are looking for an individual to take on a challenging role in our Retail Division's Training Group in Irvine.

The candidates will be responsible for training all newly hired Loan Officers, assist with continued development and performance training.

-Responsible for training both existing and new hire Loan Officers on the corporate sales methodology, products, guidelines, lead management, and loan production systems.

-Manage an on-going 4 week New Hire Training Program for newly hired Loan Officers and Processors and monitor their progress over a 90-day period.

-Responsible for training newly hired Branch Managers.

This position requires a minimum of 2-5 years in developing/facilitating training programs with previous supervisory/management experience.

The candidate must have a thorough knowledge of HMDA regulations, RESPA, ECOA, Fair Lending and Regulation Z, as well as thorough knowledge of the subprime mortgage market, mortgage purchase transactions, effective cold calling techniques, and closing business.

An understanding of the realtor business a plus.

The candidate must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Willing to travel 30-40%.

Prior experience in the mortgage industry (sales or sales management) a plus.
