Telemarketing Vendor Manager

We have an opportunity for a: Telemarketing Vendor Manager This vital management position will take the lead in directing the development and management of the telemarketing lead generation programs for the Retail Division within Aames.
The Telemarketing Vendor Manager will be responsible for all daily administration of all programs, vendors, reporting on transfer and funding results, consistent volume, quality and cost effectiveness.
Additional responsibilities will include sourcing and performing due diligence for new telemarketing vendors.
This position requires 75% travel.
Responsibilities include: Source/research large-scale telemarketing vendors Manage daily reporting for all programs.
Identify and implement results improvement strategies Administer daily vendor activities including communication, call monitoring performance assessment, and program troubleshooting.
Scripting and telemarketing training Provide Best Practices sharing among vendors We are looking for an energetic individual ready to contribute from the start, but eager to learn the business from experienced colleagues.
This person must be comfortable dealing with all levels of management and able to promote ideas exercising flexibility to best fit the business's needs.
This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience as well as a minimum of 2 years of mortgage industry experience.
Strong analytical and communication is a must.
Bachelor's Degree a plus.
Must be a team player that thrives in fast-paced environment.
No relocation available for this position.
