Sr. Business Analyst/Equity
Business Analyst, Equity Must have financial industry experience Responsibilities Business analysis within the Equities IT Division for major initiatives involving Equities Business, Compliance, Operations and Technology.
1 Liaise between Equities Business management and IT on all project related issues.
2 Specific tasks will include: Gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements o Working closely with IT teams to come up with functional designs o Assisting with preparing detailed implementation plans including milestones, areas of responsibilities, etc. o Understanding business priorities to adjust plans and priority of tasks if necessary Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in IT, business analysis and/or project management in financial services Proficient problem solving, analysis and facilitation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to promote thoughts and ideas to all levels within the organization Detail-orientated with a structured approach to planning and organization Excellent PC skills including command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
An understanding of the project lifecycle Team player Equities product knowledge a plus Must be us citizen, Green card holder, TN visa
