As a Senior Processor you will be responsible for: Prequalify loans based on Avantor's underwriting matrices.
Prepare loan packages for review by Senior Underwriter.
Clear outstanding conditions on active loan packages.
Utilize various auto-underwriting systems to assist in the processing of active loans.
Communicate with brokers and sales force on loan file questions, updates or modifications.
Ensures all loans are priced accurately.
Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the mortgage industry Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills Familiarity with automated underwriting systems Detail oriented and organized Excellent communication skills Avantor Capital, LLC offers a competitive compensation plan in addition to medical, dental and vision coverage, Life and AD&D, paid time off and holidays and more!
