Senior Banking Manager
Senior Banking Manager-NH/MA-$90-160K Responsible for establishing programs, policies and procedures in order to create a sales culture within the community.
Manage bank wide training and marketing while achieving strategic goals.
Serve as a member of banks ALCO committee.
10+ years experience in a banking environment with 5+ years as Senior Level Manager.
Must possess high level of interpersonal skills and be able to adapt in an everchanging culture.
