Senior Banking Loan Call Center Representative: Western Federal Credit Union
Western Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Loan Call Center Representative to accept and process consumer loan applications by phone, remote banking, and through third party vendors while providing assistance with the coaching and leadership of staff and higher level call center department functions.
This position also assists with escalated member issues, monitors weekly reports, communicates documentation and fee requirements, prepares and evaluates loan extensions and deferral requests, and reviews automatic approvals.
Senior duties include assisting with developing, training, and providing feedback to department team members, ensuring maximum performance, service levels, and appropriate results are being achieved.

Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Three years of related experience, with one in a supervisory role, is required.
Loan processing experience is a plus.
Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Computer proficiency with word processing software and data input is required as well.
