Outsourcing Business Analyst

Responsibilities: - Support the technology group that implements the Firm's Outsourcing initiatives - Work with Tech CFO group to ensure accurate project budgets and timelines for monies allocated to fund the offshore projects - Assist PMO in the Financial Transformation of projects from Suitability Analysis to Financials - Intermediate between vendors and Lehman and build new processes and procedures for the day-to-day functioning of PMO - Interface with Legal, HR, Compliance, Purchasing and Divisional CAO's Requirements: - Undergrad degree in Finance/Management with at least two years experience in an Investment Banking environment.
- A good understanding of financial services businesses and technology development life cycle process - Must be able to work independently and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Finance & CAO background a plus
