Mortgage Loan Processors & Mortgage Loan Support Mortgage Loan Processors & Mortgage Closers needed ------------------------------------------------------------------- Location: Los Angeles, CA Pay Rate: Market Start Date: ASAP Mortgage Loan Support Perform various administrative and support functions including adherence to RESPA, preparation and distribution of loan files, processing of fees and invoices, and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail Responsibilities will include but not limit: taking general inbound calls, providing status updates by reviewing loan notes, redirecting callers that may have contacted the wrong department, additional administrative support tasks Ideal candidate will have call center/customer service experience and a mortgage background Other Job opening: Loan Processor/Closer/Funder Coordinates preparation of loan closing packages, including issuance of funds, closing instructions, etc., necessary to ensure the marketability of loans Performs various administrative and support functions including: monitoring email correspondence and internal Preparation of HUD-1 Settlement Statements and mortgage loan documents; monitors correspondence with external vendors to confirm assignments and scheduling of mortgage closings with the customer Assists with tracking of all correspondence within Outlook as well as internal software systems Communicates with internal and external customer via phone, email, internet and internal software systems, in order to assist with status of closing Qualifications needed for the Loan Support (Jr.
Mortgage Processor) No real estate agents, brokers or sales associates please Ideal candidate experience with Conventional and FHA lending Minimum of 1 years conventional/FHA loan processing or loan support Must be flexible with scheduling, and available to work overtime when necessary Prefer candidates with loan processing and or Loan support experience to ensure that training is minimal Qualifications needed for the Mortgage Closer Ideal candidate will have 1+yrs of recent closing experience, including HUD to ensure that training is minimal Ideal candidate have 1+yrs of recent closing experience, including HUD (Settlement Statements for mortgage closing) Someone that worked as a Closer/Funder with a mortgage company or someone that worked for a Title Company work on HUD's but not limited to. (We love to have Title/HUD experience Update to with the HUD changes/requirements (laws) No real estate agents, mortgage brokers or Sales associates (Loan Officers) please
