Mortgage Loan Processor: HUNT Mortgage

Responsibilities
Perform duties related to the processing of Conventional, SONYMA,FHA, and VA loans.
Accurately maintain the data integrity on the Morvision Computer System including but not limited to HMDA data, preliminary screen and tracking information.
Order appropriate documentation to complete the mortgage process.
Provide exceptional customer service
Proactively communicate with borrowers, Mortgage Consultants, realtors and vendors and internal associates to ensure delivery of service excellence based on the individual customers needs and expectations.
Complete thorough review and evaluation of the mortgage credit application to assess product fit, pricing accuracy and credit risks.
Analyze appraisal to ensure collateral supports overall risk.
Analyze credit reports,income and asset verification and other required documentation to support a credit decision via an automated underwriting engine or complete full document submission.
Analyze documents, appraisal and other elements of the loan package for fraudulent activity including origination sources and vendors to protect our interest.
Monitor applications closely to ensure timely and on time commitment and closing dates.
Support Mortgage Consultants and other internal associates to ensure Hunts service Strategy Statement is being met.
Continually strive for improvement and training to ensure the position maintains a competitive edge in the marketplace and conforms to regulatory compliance requirements.
Strong knowledge of investor and lender guidelines to ensure high quality end product to our investors.

Qualifications
Education/Certification: € High School degree or equivalent.
Required Experience: € Two or more years experience in a bank or mortgage company.
€ Experience in a customer service environment.
