Lead Business Analyst/Security
Business Analyst, Security Project Manager / Lead Analyst (1) The Project Manager / Lead Analyst is responsible to BlackRock management for all aspects of the project.
These responsibilities include: ? Overall Project Tracking for the entire project ? Program relationship with client ? Resource management across the team ? Planning, facilitating, and executing assessment workshops and interviews ? Making recommendations regarding policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines ? Leading SME reviews of policies and procedures ? Recommending actionable steps towards implementation The scope of work involves providing Business Analysis for select projects within the company.
1. Published set of revised policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
2. Recommend organizational structure needed to support the new model.
3. Review and assessment of the E-Mail and IM compliance practices (optional).
4. Established education program around the new policies and procedures.

1. Conduct working sessions with Information Security Subject Matter Experts (SME) to: a.
Baseline existing company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

Baseline existing company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
c.
Identify Gaps between published policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
2. Develop approach to merge security standards.
3. Merge, review, and publish a draft set of policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
4. Distribute draft policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for review.
5. Revise working documents.
6. Obtain sign-off from SME's and Information Security management for all revised documents.
Techniques We will review all existing Global Security Standards including, but not limited to, those listed below: - Firewall Standards - Vulnerability Management Standards - Incident Response Standards - Database Security Standards - External Connectivity Standards - Remote Access Standards - Unix Security Standards - Safeguarding Personal Laptop Standards
