Lead Business Analyst/Operation
Lead Business Analyst, Clearance and Settlement, Operation Must have financial industry experience Experienced Business Analyst in a Operational environment The Business Analyst will be responsible for completing and documenting the following: Must have 2 to 3 years of Brokerage experience - Coordinating the development and integration of business requirements for all projects across all workstreams (Reference Data, MIS, Data Capture, GL, Testing, Reconciliation, Clearance and Settlement, Infrastructure and Corporate Reporting).
- Identifying and documenting business process flows and data requirements.
- Developing gap analyses and analyzing and recommending business process improvements.
- Validating detailed designs for solutions (business flows and functional specifications) for projects across all workstreams.
- Performing system analyses on the architecture and its functionality as appropriate.
- Validating all operating model considerations and process documentation (in conjunction with process management group).
- Documenting of business constraints and assumptions.
- Assessing training and documentation requirements.
- Supporting the creation of user testing strategies, plans, scripts, etc. and participating in test execution.
- Identifying and tracking project issues/ risks and recommending solutions.
- Providing business subject matter expertise in specific LOB and/or functional areas.
- Assisting with the development of project timelines and scope.
- Adhering to project deliverables and life cycle requirements.
Required skills: Proficiency with MS Office toolsets including MS Project, MS Visio and PowerPoint.
Major financial institution experience.
Must be US Citizen, Green Card holder or TN visa
