Lead Business Analys/Fixed Income
Lead Business Analyst/Fixed Income/Documentation Must have financial industry experience Job Description Experienced Business Analyst in a Fixed Income environment We are seeking three experienced IT Business Analysts.
Fixed Income is strongly preferred.
Must be able to gather client requirements, analyze business requirements, create use cases and document current systems and their support structures.
The BA's role will be to gather information from the line managers and developers to create standards for support and development.
Requirements: - - Facilitation experience desired with strong presentation skills).
- Business Process and Technical documentation experience required.
- Note-taking - ability to listen to a group or individual, quickly and accurately document the conversation electronically (interview style).
- Analysis - ability to accurately interpret discussion and materials provided ability to consolidate collected information and identify relevant patterns/themes within the data collected.
- Ability to determine the approach and method for sharing the patterns/themes that result.
- Communication ability to effectively express ideas across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing; ability to collaborate in a team environment, effectively communicating/accepting suggestions; Able to create effective graphical abstracts such as UML or Rational Rose.
- - Active Listening - ability to connect with people, absorb all aspects of what is being said (verbal and non-verbal) while mirroring back and getting speaker confirmation that the message was accurately heard.
-- Minimum of 3 years experience within a complex end-user application with involvement in basic system requirements definition and/or basic experience in direct customer contact.
- Experience as a business analyst for web-based and distributed applications.

- Detail oriented with the desire and ability to produce high-quality thorough work.
Must be US Citizen, Green Card holer or TN visa
