Executive Administrative Assistant: TG Staffing
Financial services company in Denver looking for a Professional Executive Assistant Great opportunity for a sharp candidate looking for exposure in the financial services industry.
Job duties include managing calendars and scheduling meetings, event planning, correspondence, client interaction, and special projects as needed.
A successful candidate will possess the following personality traits: assertive, proactive, self-confident, flexible, organized, handle stress and multiple projects at once, excellent written and verbal communication skills, independent, polished and professional.
Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; have the ability to navigate social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
Undergraduate degree preferred.
