Electronic Banking Specialist Santa Clara, CA Responsibilities: Responds efficiently and courteously to client telephone calls requesting technical support for the bank's dial-up cash management products.
Ensures security controls relating to client software are maintained.
Provides electronic product support to internal and external clients.
Works with vendors on problem resolution and implementation of software enhancements.
Performs annual audit of Electronic Product agreements to ensure completeness and proper authorizations; works with clients and relationship managers to correct any information or to obtain missing information, such as signatures.
Sets up satellites and changes for cash management officers.
Verifies daily savings bond orders on Fedline terminal.
Performs other duties as assigned, such as participation in bank integration and other projects as necessary.
Requirements: 1 to 3 years related experience with good knowledge of general banking concepts, DOS and other computer commands and specific knowledge of the product software.
