Commercial Documentation Coordinator Mount Laurel, NJ This position provides support to the commercial and real estate lending areas of all Commerce banks through documentation assistance and preparation.
Assists in the preparation of commercial and specialized loan documentation for all banks.
esponsibilities Include: Provides documentation assistance to loan officers.
Orders and reviews support data and notifies approving officer of discrepancies with approval terms.
Prepares necessary loan documentation for approved loan applications.
Reviews existing commercial and specialized loan files at time of amendment.
Determines documentation requirements at time of modification.
Orders required support materials and prepares required loan documentation.
Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
General knowledge of the real estate industry.
Ability to handle a heavy workload.
PC literacy.
