Closing Manager
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Closing Department and overseeing the operations team including direction of daily activities, managing productivity, ensuring loan quality and providing superior service to internal and external customers.
Will also foster positive relationships with our customers, clients, and internal business partners.
Plans, organizes, and directs the closing areas to ensure compliance with investor and corporate client guidelines and service agreements.
Duties include contacting branch for the collection of post closing documents, overnight docs to borrowers for signatures and corrections.
Additional duties: Clear stips for sale to diverse Investors, ship files to investors for auditing, running reports for each investor to update funding status and also ordering notes from wharehouse banks to be shipped to investors.
Responsible for recommending and/or making decisions in personnel-related matters such as employee performance reviews and terminations.
Also selects, orients and trains staff.
Must posses strong management, leadership, organization and communication capabilities.
