Client Service Representative: Equity Trust Company
Sterling Trust Company, a division of Equity Trust Company, is recruiting energetic, hard-working Client Service Representatives to join their Client Services Team.
As a Client Services Representative, you will be at the forefront of assisting clients through the exhilarating world of non-traditional investment opportunities.
The Client Service Representative spends time managing calls from our existing clients, opening their eyes to endless investment opportunities.
A Client Service Representative provides world class service to every client, ensuring the quality of clients experiences.

Responsible for answering operator calls and directing clients to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Welcome our newest clients with friendly welcome calls.
Accurately document client calls.
Solve issues and multitask while handling client calls.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding the Client Service Team metrics.
Attend monthly continuing education seminars.
Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities//Work Experience: Excellent client interaction and customer service skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to pass all Client Service Team skill testing requirements High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
Prior Client Service experiences a plus.
