Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union, named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas, is seeking Part Time Branch Operation Representatives to provide enthusiastic, professional, quality service to our members and non-members.

Process various inquiries and transactions as directed by properly identified members.

Recommend products and services to members to enhance their quality of life.

Maintain current working knowledge of RBFCU Member Handbook, policy and procedures, and information contained in the Smart Screen.

Comply with applicable regulatory laws pertaining to the credit union and internal policies and procedures.

Maintain control of cash and negotiable instruments, prepare various teller reports, and escort members into designated areas when requested.

Additional Duties Member Services Representative (MSR): Train and coach new employees, maintain overriding authority, and process Safe Deposit Box rentals and surrenders.

Act as Automatic Teller Machine(ATM)Monitor, and open and close branch during extended hours when assigned.

Member Services Specialist (MSS): Train and coach new employees, maintain overriding authority, and process Safe Deposit Box rentals and surrenders.

Conduct ATM maintenance and balancing.

Act as Vault Custodian and open and close branch during extended hours when assigned.

Supervise co-workers in the absence of Senior Member Services Specialist (SMSS) or above.

Senior Member Services Specialist (SMSS): Train and coach new employees, maintain overriding authority and resolve escalated member issues, mentor new employees, schedule employees and open and close branch during extended hours when assigned.

Supervise co-workers in the absence of Teller Manager or above.

REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED required Good communication and interpersonal skills Type 25 WPM and proficient in utilizing PC, software, and other office equipment Teamwork and dedication to developing strong relationships with coworkers Able to move up to 50 pounds and able to sit or stand for long periods of time Good vision (correctable), hearing, and manual dexterity Able to work a flexible Monday through Saturday schedule Additional Requirements Trainee: Min 6 months of cash handling/customer service experience Teller: 1 yr of financial institution and/or a combination of 1-3 yrs customer service experience MSR: 2 yrs of financial institution and/or a combination of 4-6 yrs customer service experience MSS: 3 yrs of financial institution and/or a combination of 7-10 yrs customer service experience SMSS: 4 yrs of financial institution and/or a combination of 10 plus yrs customer service experience
