Banking Representative Walnut Creek (Code 06-2724 Part-time 25hrs) Responsibilities: This position assists the relationship management team with file management and documentation tasks for assigned customers.
Client contact is limited to routine requests for information.
Collects and organizes information required to support loan proposals.
Follows up on documentation exceptions and omissions.
Determines what information is missing and prepares and sends communication to customer requesting necessary documentation.
Follows up on reimbursement of fees as necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 2 to 3 years bank operational or administrative experience.
Attention to detail essential.
Knowledgeable about loan documentation.
Ability to work with personal computer software, such as Word.
