~ Acquisition of assets from bankruptcy estates, reorganizations and liquidations of business entities, and the structuring and documentation of non-judicial workouts between creditors and debtors ~ Commercial litigation arising out of bankruptcy-related matters.

~ Obtain injunctions and provisional remedies, including replevin, garnishment, attachments, conducting judicial and non-judicial foreclosures of mortgages, deeds of trust and security agreements.

~ Provide legal support for workouts, restructurings, collections, borrower and guarantor bankruptcies, collection litigation, and collateral recoveries What you will need for this position: 5 years of experience in bankruptcy matters, and in handling loan workouts, restructures, and collections matters 3 years legal experience in real estate, real estate finance, and secured lending, a plus Currently Licensed in ARIZONA and practicing attorney JD Degree Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced, team environment; organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and achieve objectives while working under pressure Excellent written and verbal and communication skills Unyielding commitment to the highest professional ethics What you will receive in return: Competitive Salary based on experience Medical Dental Life Insurance Flexible Benefits Plan Retirement plan - deferral, match and profit sharing Disability Holidays - 9 Vacation - 3 weeks Memberships Paid Continuing Education Great Location Team Setting There may be a relocation package available for the right candidate.
