Additionally, the duties of the Product Specialist, Content is to provide customer support, proactively collect and analyze content related sales data, track competitive offerings, develop content sales related leads and seek out ways to continually improve the offerings and sales of Lipper HedgeWorld content related products.

Job Description: Role and Responsibilities The customer service function of Lipper Hedge World content offerings.

The metrics tracking, internal reporting and ongoing recommendations for the improvement of Lipper HedgeWorld content offerings.

Prospecting functions such as developing qualified sales leads.

Providing support to other members of the Lipper HedgeWorld Product Specialist team.

Perform other assignments requested by the Customer Propositions Manager.

Job Description: Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: Two years minimum experience in sales and marketing.

Equipment/Software: Microsoft Office, Internet.

Skills/Licenses/Certifications: Demonstrated skill in adapting in a rapidly changing environment.

Demonstrated skill in basic salesmanship.

Demonstrated skill in basic marketing techniques.

Demonstarted skill in managing large amounts of data.

Demonstrated skill in managing multiple activities.

Attention to detail.

Willingness to provide off hours support when problems arise.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Flexibility, ability to adapt to changing specifications.
