Marketing Analyst: Sotheby's
Marketing Analysts will work closely with the Marketing Managers and department specialists to use data analysis to inform marketing efforts to support specific departments and sales.
The Analyst will use SAP BW to produce targeted lists and reports that will be distributed to Marketing and Specialists.
Candidate must have strong communication skills, be self motivated and able to meet strict deadlines with little or no direct supervision.
Responsibilities · Recommend targets and process direct marketing communications for specialist departments and internal clients · Manage the fulfillment process and data associated with Sothebys loyalty program · Conduct post-sale analysis to determine effectiveness of marketing effort · Track and analyze the success of direct mail pieces/campaigns · Liaise with data quality and IT to develop new reporting and campaign management systems · Maintain current knowledge of business systems · Utilize and expand the use of SAP BW to support the business · Support marketing managers in interpreting and using customer data to inform marketing plans and proposals · Manage the data requirements for Key corporate initiatives · Establish and enforce Direct Mail standards and policies Qualifications · At least two years of relevant professional experience in Marketing or Business Analysis, Direct Mail/Marketing background preferred · Required high level MS Office skills, Access, Power Point; SAP BW report writing preferred · Highly organized and detail oriented · Must be able to present complex information in an understandable way to senior management and specialists · Works well in a team · Strategic thinking skills and ability to offer creative solutions · Ability to work independently to meet goals and deadlines · Excellent verbal and written communication skills Contact Us CONTACT US: Please email resume with a brief cover letter to: Careers [at] sothebys [dot] com or fax to 212-606-7028.
